How fast are DBZ SpaceShips?

[mention]Supreme[/mention]'s challenge. Are their any statements or feats regarding how fast your typical spaceship in DBZ?

I think there are some direct indications how spaceships being fast as fuck in the Saiyan and Namek Arc. I'll make a quick research about that.

Well the manga isn't very precise when it comes to their speed, but Bulma did say traveling to Namek on a Capsule Corp spaceship would take over 4,339 years and 3 months of traveling, whilst Kami's spaceship was roughly month travel. That's close to 50,000x faster. I don't think we have any idea of absolute units of speed though.

No amount of time was ever given. Could've been 1, 5 or 30 seconds for all we know.

It's pretty clear by the nature of the scene that it got to Jupiter nearly instantly.

I remember Bulma talking to Krillin on the phone that it took Kami's ship 5 seconds to get into Jupiter iirc.
