Freeza's power up looks huge, later he does a far less dynamic power up and stomps Weighted Piccolo in a superior fashion to what Piccolo did to Gero. Piccolo's weighted boost only allows Gohan to remark that they can win, not that they will. Piccolo's weights are around 1.25x so should Freeza's second power up, which is no bigger than his first.
