How heavy was Piccolo Daimao's cape?

I've wondered about this before, but it's an important subject so it should be revisited. Just how heavy is this cape? How heavy was the shell that Roshi wore, 40kg? Based on that, I think it's accurate to say Piccolo's cape has to be at least 500kg. Thots?

Considering how much everyone was amazed at Goku's ability to walk around in 100kg of weighted clothing, somewhere below that. Considering it made no impact in the ground and weighted clothing was treat as something new to Piccolo's training regime in the Saiyan Arc, it could be it weighs no more than regular clothing and he just removed it so it wouldn't get in the way, seeing as how fighting with a cape on is fairly impractical.

In any case, like Gog said, we at least know it's not 40 tons.
