SSJ2 Gohan (Boo saga) is considerably stronger than Perfect Cell but still well behind SSJ2 kid Gohan. At power weighted Perfect Cell's level sounds good:

Super Perfect Cell - 88-94
Power weighted Cell - 75
SSJ2 Gohan (Boo saga) - 75

Yes, I have no problem with that. He is slightly higher than whatever a potential CG SSJ2 Goku would be, which is barely above FP Cell for me.
