How is Oars viewed in Elbaf? Is Oars present and all-time top tier?

Did this guy ever look like a normal human? Even Oars Jr didn't look like other giants.

Have the Strawhats mentioned fighting Oars' zombie?

Would Oars be on par with the yonkou? His zombie form with Luffy's intellect still was too much for the Strawhats. Ryuma was nerfed massively as a zombie.

He's not explicitly mentioned but the Ancient Giant bloodline is very important to Elbaf. King Harald wasn't allowed to marry his true love as she didn't have Ancient Giant blood. Harald and Loki are the size of Ancient Giants and they are powerhouses, but it remains to be seen if every ancient giant was that powerful. Oars having the physical strength to pull islands would imply that he'd be up there imo.
