How much power did Cell use against Vegeta?

Suppressed Cell: 40
SSJG2 Trunks: 50
FPSSJ Goku: 100
Cell(vs Goku): 115
FPSSJ Gohan: 125
FP Perfect Cell: 172.5
SSJ2 Gohan: 250

It comes out to 23.19% using the "average" between different beliefs. So maybe right on 20% or so for me.

I'd have Cell Games Goku alone 8-10x Super Vegeta. Perfect Cell at full power could be like 25x.
