Just a quick question, but how strong are the Cell Jr's?

Stronger than Vegeta and Trunks.

Slightly stronger than Vegeta and Trunks imo. They aren't strong enough to easily overwhelm Vegeta and Trunks, with the former seemingly giving one of them a tough time, but those latters are still just barely holding their own against the mini Cells, according to Cell.

Trunks SSJ - 64
Vegeta SSJ - 66
Cell Junior - 70
Goku SSJ - 100

Sounds fair to me.
