How strong did the Humans become in BoZ compared to the Characters from TB23?

Roshi in BoZ is superior to Chichi, therefore he is not completely weak compared to Piccolo Daimao.

Do you think Krillin (BoZ) has massively surpassed Piccolo Daimao? Do you think he reached the power of Tenshinhan (Suppressed against Mecha Tao Pai Pai) or would he even have reached the power of Tenshinhan (TB23)?

Tenshinhan (BoZ) do you think he will rival Goku (Unweighted against Tenshinhan) or Mr. Popo?

The closest we have to a benchmark for the 23rd TB is V-Jump placing Taopaipai at 210 and the game Goku Hishoden placing Tenshinhan at 218. There's obviously a lot of problems with the former entry, though it does show official sources disagreed with the idea of BoZ Kuririn being a match for 23rd TB Tenshinhan.

Beyond that though, Kuririn is still significantly above his 23rd TB self considering the gap between him and Yamcha despite them being lumped together at that part of the story. Yamcha likely didn't improve at all given his focus was directed to his relationship with Bulma and his baseball career. Chaozu and Yajirobe have no evidence one way or the other in terms of their gains. Tenshinhan may have become significantly stronger if taking Hishoden as a benchmark, though that source is pretty contradictive as it also places 23rd TB Piccolo above his weighted Z self. Roshi may have gotten stronger if taking into account his scepticism in Kuiririn having surpassed him, but that seems like a stretch when it'd imply 23rd TB Yamcha/Kuririn would be below 139 and just seems to be Toriyama being forgetful.

Maybe Tenshinhan was hitting a wall and that's why he didn't progress that massively in those 5 years, but most likely he has strengthened a good amount.

I think Kuririn has the most potential among the humans, besides probably Yajirobe so I agree with CC's claim about Kuririn making the most gains. Yamcha didn't seem to be doing much training and Tenshinhan seems to have limits whenever he isn't doing special training (Kami lookout, Kaio planet), whereas Kuririn's large potential was noted by Guru and after the power up he wasn't much weaker than Gohan after his powerup who is known to have massive potential.

That said, BoZ Kuririn stomps Daimao but possibly loses to 23rd Ten.

I think all of the BoZ humans are below Popo. Teachers are usually stronger than their students in this show.

More likely 177 since we have no indication of him having trained at all since the 23rd TB.

Official sources make it apparent Tenshinhan's battle power is 218 or at least 210+. Also, Unweighted Goku is far superior to Kami, unless referring to his casual level against Tenshinhan (which, if so, seems like an unnecessary bloat between Tena and Kami when a fatigued Piccolo was still superior to Kami and is below his weighted BoZ self).

Krillin, Tien, and Chiaotzu I believe got stronger while Yamcha was slacking so he got weaker since him and Krillin were originally equals prior but in BoZ, there's a gap between them.

I think Kuririn and maybe Tenshinhan got stronger, but I don’t see him reaching FP Daimao’s level. Maybe weaker than Tenshinhan (Vs Tao Pai Pai) or even Tao Pai Pai’s Super Dodonpa still. Yamcha only maintained his strength though.

There’s also Chaozu, but fuck Chaozu.
