How strong is current Chopper?

Luffy decided to use Gear 3rd as soon as Franky went wild inside Chopper's Monster Point body, so Monster Chopper > Base Luffy would seem to work out well. Seeing as how Chopper's reaction to Luffy using a technique that oneshotted the Kracken would imply that Surume > Monster Chopper, so it could be that Monster Chopper would still be below Base Luffy, since Base Luffy ~ Base Sanji ~ ES Wadatsumi >/>> Surume. I'd lean more towards the former as a more solid indicator of his strength since Chopper's reaction is more to do with how far Luffy went. I'd say Monster Point ought to be in between Base and Gear 2nd Luffy at the very least.
As for his lower forms, Heavy Point Chopper was able to hold back a group of giant children from breaking through a door with help from Mocha, which even if assuming Mocha was doing most of the work, is still damn impressive when one rampaging child alone could damage Luffy.
