How strong is Dabura (Pre Majin)?

How strong would you have it compared to the other characters?

I want to take advantage of mentioning a theory that I have. Dabura is surely constantly training. Just by seeing how Future Dabura is much stronger than Present Dabura.

What do you think of the latter?

Dabra was under Babidi's control for a minimum of 300 years, so it really is impossible to say. Given that Kaioshin was unaware of this fact yet still feared Dabra immensely, I doubt he was all that much weaker pre-Majin than he was in the current era.

Considering Babidi draws on the evil of a person's heart, it'd make sense for the difference to be greater than the boost Vegeta got. Beyond that, any placement of his power is pure speculation. though I'd say it's more likely than not that the boost wasn't much more than a 1.5x one when Dabura makes it pretty apparent he's never met someone who could challenge him and, thus, would have little need to train intensely.

I echo SSJ2's sentiments. Kaioshin feared Dabura even prior to knowing he was converted to Babidi's side, so I doubt it was that large of a boost. Probably at least on par with the CG SSJs in general if you go by the SSJ Gohan route and on par with full power Kanzentai Cell if you go by the SSJ2 route.
