Merging with Dende had a high probability of deactivating the Dragon Balls though. Plus I can't imagine Dende would be flying all over Namek with no stamina issues if he was weaker than a chump like Satan.

@Papasmurf - wow, why so much? Kuririn stated that Dende has a faint chi and that Vegeta could barely sense. Besides, Goku also exhausted himself after flying in the Snake Road in his way to Kaio.

That's precisely why I think Dende is >> BoZ Goku. Goku exhausted himself after only flying on Snake Road for a short time, but Dende flew all the way from the Grand Elder place over to where Freeza's spaceship was in a fairly short time, comparable to Krillin's enhanced speed post-unlock. Plus those 3000 tier guys that fought Dodoria and the grunts weren't fighter types like Nail, nor seemed to have had their potentials unlocked, so after unlocking it Dende should likely surpass them imo.

Krillins faint ki comment also comes pre-unlock, and I think a mere Drum tier ki would be considered total shit by then. Plus Drum is the offspring of a half-Namekian like Piccolo Daimao, who's likely much weaker than a guy who's spat out 3000-42000 tier guys. A newborn Piccolo is also probably way stronger than Drum too, and Dende was at least a few years old by Z

Snake Way was stated to be one million miles long. I think the distance Dende flew was shorter than that. My intuition says...

Pre unlock: Weaker than Mr Satan
Post unlock: Still weaker than 22nd TB Goku (who swam from Hawaii to the tournament). Hell, even weaker than Taopaipai (who travelled a
great distance in a short time by throwing a log and riding it). Devil (Baba's 4th henchman) at most.

The very next chapter after Goku is done flying covers Piccolo leaving Gohan in the desert, which took place even before the sun went down. Goku didn't fly for that long at all.

For Guru to think unlocking Dende's potential will allow him to reach the Earthlings faster, I can't put him below 1k. I'd probably give him around 2-3k at the very most.

Dende had such a low ki level that even Piccolo had trouble sensing him, only Gohan could and that most likely, was solely courtesy of his newly unlocked power by the Elder Kaioshin. The only type of power Dende has is his magic, obviously...

Piccolo's Gotenks comments somehow getting LESS hopeful when he was SSJ3 and matching Boo blow for blow than when he just barely managed to get a headbutt in should tell you how dumb he was acting 2

In the Japanese manga he says fusing with Dende's not an option in that first bubble
