How strong is Time-Breaker Bardock in XV2?

He can hold his own against the Time Patroller for a while in his base form, who could also fight against an enraged Beerus with some help from Whis and was praised by Whis as being an excellent candidate for a new Hakaishin. Base Bardock would be anywhere from Boo Arc top tier to SSG tier from that. I'd lean more towards the former when considering FnF 1st form Freeza is overall a higher level threat, though that said, such would also imply Base Mira alone is at least SSG tier, so Bardock could be practically anywhere. Shows how much of a Super tier mess XV2's powerscaling becomes in the last few stages.
