Power Levelers might not like it, but he’s getting the same boost Trunks got when he buffed up himself. I mean he’s showing he can transform just like Trunks.

Comparing him to others, he’s definitely stronger than Trunks - Had a stronger base before using the same power up as Trunks and Piccolo loses his shite with Cell’s power. Not sure about 50% Goku though.

Sounds good, although I generally do have grade 3 Trunks = CGs Trunks. I like to think Trunks managed to access his former power only with no drawbacks. It'd be still considerably lower than CGs Goku. Some ppl like to think Cell's boost off his base power was the same as Trunks' ssjg3, but if that were the case we'd have this yuge Cell as potentially stronger than 100% Goku, which doesn't sit right to me.
