How strong was Dabura before the Majin boost?

How strong do you estimate Dabura was before Babidi possessed him?

I'd say Cell Games Vegeta w/o magic and Initial Perfect Cell w/magic.

I'll use the gains I have fore Vegeta as a baseline and judging by that before the boost he was Cell (Vs Gohan) and after the spell he was full Power PC's level.

Stronger than Kaioshin. I think that's all we can say for sure.

Stronger than Kaioshin at the least. I have Kaioshin stronger than Piccolo whom I have a bit stronger than his Cell Games counterpart. I think Cell Games SSJ Tier is a good placement for Kaioshin but if I give Dabura the same boost I give Vegeta than I'd him in the Cell Jr. league.
