1 is a power level that was created due to emotions. His regular power level should determine his Oozaru power. He wasn't enraged, he was in a regular state of mind.

Yeah, I think Oozaru allows him to tap into his regular power he's having a hard time accessing. Which I don't think exceed Krillen's.

The power Oozaru Gohan is displaying here has to significantly, significantly exceed the 1500+ benchmark we're estimating enraged Gohan to be in the scene shown in the first post. Piccolo even said he now understands why Goku and Gohan are so strong after destroying the moon and during Gohan's rampage, openly said the Earth will be destroyed before the Saiyans arrive (meaning Gohan can significantly damage it before he runs out of ki).

All that considered, being 2x 1500 isn't too outlandish. I honestly think Oozaru Gohan here has a more impressive showing than Masenko Gohan.

I don't think he expected Gohan to release his full power simply to crush a rock, so that statement doesn't have to indicate a higher PL than what he showed against Raditz.

The entire context was about Gohan finding his true power before dying. Piccolo was expecting his full power in a life or death situation.

Gohan's rage boost is his true power lol.

His resting power is just 1. When he gets angry, it jumps to 710 and later 1,307.
