How strong was little Piccolo?

When he hatched from the egg and uttered the "I hate peace" and-something-else words, how strong do you have him? Could he maybe already pack more power than the original Piccolo that just died? Discuss.

I doubt Piccolo Daimao could just pour in more power than he already has into Junior when he's already half dead and battle worn. He'd be stronger than maybe Initial Young Daimao imo.

In between the Farmer and initial Piccolo Daimao. I'd say Full Power Old Daimao.

According to the anime (and, for some reason, Viz), he's stronger than his father/previous incarnation, so that's the answer if talking about the anime. Considering the original text of the manga never says this though and it being so would make Galu's comment on Piccolo's strength when meeting him 3 years later redundant, he's at least far stronger than average humans manga-wise and at most probably weaker than Prime Daimao. However strong you consider him beyond that broad range is pure speculation.
