How strong was Piccolo (post Gohan and Kuririn's power)?

This was the Piccolo who "borrowed" Gohan and Kuririn powers in order to help Goku conclude the Genki-Dama. Going by the Daiz numbers, Piccolo would probably end up stronger than Vegeta lol.

He seemed extremely low. Literally as soon as he had kicked Freeza, he was completely out of energy and couldn't do anything.

Nothing special. The power and Freeza being completely off-guard made his kick look a lot more impressive than it was.

At most he was up to his original power for that one shot

No, I think he's weaker than his own maximum.

One kick drained all of his power, it seems like he had nothing.

I don't think the combined power of Piccolo, Gohan, and Krillin exceeds 3rd form Freeza. So no.

Piccolo - 1.600.000
3rd form Freeza - 2.400.000
Gohan(post Zenkai) - 720.000
Krillin(post healing) - 400.000
Piccolo(post energy) - 2.720.000

He surpassed 3rd Form Freeza most likely.

Piccolo was probably strong enough for his kick to have some effectiveness against final form Freeza, but it took everything he had left in order to perform.
