How strong would Piccolo (Android) have been if he had trained those 3 years without Goku's help?

How strong do you think Piccolo would have become? King Cold level?

Nowhere near as strong as he was. He'd probably have still ended up surpassing the Base Saiyans by a fair margin, though probably wouldn't have ended up reaching 50% Freeza's level, nevermind reaching SSJ tier. Training with SSJ Goku was a major factor in how Piccolo became so powerful and without serious plot convenience, I doubt he'd make gigantic gains from his same regime without a training partner.

You're right, I think Piccolo would have become just as powerful as his I completely suppressed Arc Android.

  Recall that Vegeta Base (Android) was> Piccolo Weighted (Deleted). Unweighted Piccolo (Suppressed) should still be under Freezer 50% (Namek).

Probably barely any stronger than his pre 3 years self, if at all. He would have no means to push himself and probably would have focused on improving his skills, like he did in the 5 years between the Budokai and Raditz’s arrival, or like Tenshinhan did in the 3 years.

Given that he got stronger in 6 days meditating alone then Piccolo would reach that level anyway with or without Goku.
