Cell wasn't suppose to appear until Trunks was 19-25(?) Years of age. Trunks is 14(?) in Super at the moment. Imagine the dna and data that little bug thingy would get. Let's pretend the bug never got destroyed.

It'll see the entire Android and Cell sagas. 17 and 18 are still alive too. Even though he may achieve perfect form via other methods.

The entire Buu saga. Vegito(going by the anime if he got blood of him), All the Buus except Kid, Gotenks, Mystic Gohan, SSJ3 Goku, Majin Vegeta, Dabura, The SUPREME KAIS.

Now it's getting good. In Super. You'll get Rage Vegeta data, Super Saiyan God Goku, Beerus, Whis(if possible), SSJ Goku and Vegeta after god training, Golden Freiza, and even more to come.

How strong would present Cell be had he not died from Krillin and trunks?

Are you asking how strong he would be if he absorbed all those fighters? Are are you speaking in the hypothetical sense as to how different he would be from the influences of new DNA?

What if he got data and/or collected the DNA up until Trunks was 19-25 in the main timeline.

He would have the infinite stamina of Majin Boo and his regenerative capabilities. In addition to this already hacked ability, he would also receive Boo's technique of being able to learn any move and make his own on the fly. His candy attack in addition to Dabura's spit would become a deadly combination. Than we've got Yakon, who would allow him to absorb the Super Saiyan energy from any fighter. In addition to Cells normal abilities, he could create Cell Juniors who would be given all these enhanced capabilities. This is all before we even consider his increased battle power.

I don't think it's possible for him to copy God's dna but for the sake of the arguement, it would take Whis to kill him.

Considering how strong he ended up with Freeza, Cold and the DNA of some Saiyan arc weaklings, he'd likely be the strongest character to ever live. But of course Toriyama wouldn't be able to remember that.

I doubt he'd have gotten Boo's DNA though since it's somewhat implied Boo can regenerate from a single cell - meaning that every form of Boo sans Mr. Boo probably wouldn't have left any cells.
