How suppressed was Cyborg Freeza?

Gohan: “This isn’t it…he gets much, much stronger…!”

So we know he wasn't at full power, that's pretty clear. But by how much? Gohan seems to imply he's only using a small fraction of his power here. However, suppressed Freeza is comparable to Cold, who's close to FP Freeza according to Daizenshuu 7:

Characteristics: Freeza's father. He is a shadowy presence in the organization, and nobody knows of his existence apart from his family and his direct subordinates, not even the Ginyu Special-Squad. Though he's the head of the strongest family in the universe, he is somewhat inferior to Freeza.

So, was he using like 2% of his power or was he at like 70%?

Just saw your edit. The Daizenshuu entry is not warranted imo. If Cold was slightly inferior to Freezas true power, he would've had power in reserve against Trunks. Considering he made no power up beyond what was seen, I dont see a way to have Cold slightly inferior. Maybe slightly inferior to the suppressed Mecha Freeza. There would have been no statement saying Freeza could get much stronger if he was displaying anything close to his full power.

How suppressed do you think Freeza was? Half power? Less than half?

And keep in mind Cold is potentially stronger than Freeza if we ally with the Anime statements here.

Not quite. I feel very limited right now but that will be relieved soon.

I’m not sure. This is the sort of thing I have no clue on right now. If I had to wager a guess, between 50-70%. It has to be suppressed enough to warrant Gohan’s statement you listed. Anything over 70 and the “much stronger” wouldn’t be applicable imo.

What were the anime statements? Freeza outright states that he is the strongest in the family in the manga so I don’t see reason to doubt it.

Yeah he's certainly not above 70%, that's when he starts buffing up. Gohan's statement makes me think he was at like 3%, but Freeza and Cold being such big deals in the Androids Arc makes me think Freeza was close to full power.

Stronger than suppressed Freeza, not FP Freeza. Vegeta says Cold has a bigger Ki than Freeza in Kai.

Well, is there anything to say that he can even get buff with his cybernetic enhancements? I don’t see how it would work tbh as metal can’t expand.

I’m inclined to think they were both around 50% or higher. The impending sense of doom when they arrive tells me that they aren’t at a mere 3%. There is also Trunks telling both Cold and Freeza to come at him with all they had. I don’t think Trunks would say that if Freeza was at such a low amount of power. Wouldn’t he just one shot him with a punch/basic attack? Yea, the fact that he is confident that he can take them both implies that he thinks they are somewhat around their true powers..

About the Kai statement, I don’t recall that being in the original anime but perhaps I’m wrong. I don’t see a reason to use an anime statement in this case.
