How to download DBZ BT3 mods to your wii?

Hi everyone. My favourite Dragon Ball Z game is Dragon Ball Z BT3. But I have wanted to know for years how to get the mods from your PC onto your Wii, onto DBZBT3. Please tell me how to do it someone. It would help me out ALOT!!!!
