How would Zoro react to the whole "fight" between Luffy and Sanji in your opinion? We know that Zoro opposed to Luffy accepting Usopp back with open arms due to the way this latter conducted himself, not respecting Luffy's authority as a captain and trying to fight him. So were Zoro witnessing Sanji beating up Luffy like that, do you think he'd copy well with Luffy going all his way to take Sanji back before it was made clear Sanji did that for another reason besides the "I like this Prince life better"?

We know Sanji agreed with Zoro on the whole Usopp thing and thought Usopp had to excuse himself from the bottom of his heart if he wished to come back, so it seems that by declining to go back to the Sunny initially he was doing what he agreed with before and not being kind of a hypocrite.

The situations are completely different imo. Sanji at least had reasons for those actions, pretty valid reasons when you think about it. He left in an effort to protect the crew. While you could say he wasn't respecting Luffy by "fighting" him, it was revealed he was doing it for the crew. Usopp left because of a disagreement within the crew. He had no reason to leave but his attachment to the ship, a much more shallow reason imo. I don't think you can compare the two.

Zoro would probably react the same way Nami and co. did from the start, but once his motives were revealed, I'm sure there wouldn't be a problem.

the ship was alive tho. Might as well have been Chopper.

It's really more comparable with Robin. Still hard to say though. In a way, even if Sanji is trying to protect the crew, he's going against the captain and isn't showing enough trust in the captain either. I feel like Zoro would expect an apology. Despite aiming to be the strongest swordsman and being capable of travelling the seas alone, he's accepted Luffy's power and bowed to him and would expect Sanji to do the same.

I know Sanji and Usopp's reasons were different. The former was doing it to save the crew, whereas the latter did it due to a more shallow, more petty reason, like you said. But Zoro still couldn't know why Sanji was acting that way until Sanji revealed it himself, so how do you think Zoro would act to the whole situation before knowing Sanji was just lying about preferring the prince life? Would he cope well with Luffy waiting for Sanji in that spot while this latter acted like a jackass?
