In terms of pure power, Boo would probably hold the edge. However, this would become more a battle of haxed abilities, since Rild's metal manipulation gives him similar regeneration to Boo, whereas Hildegarn's intangibility and Janemba's dimensional abilities make him even more difficult to kill. Overall, I'd give it to Boo, since blowing up the planet they're fighting on would likely stop Rild's regeneration.
