1.- When did Yamcha learn to fly?

2.- Gohan had SSJ in BoGT? And if so, how strong would Goku SSJ3 (BoGT) be? At Baby's Arc, Goku is not surprised to see Gohan SSJ. Will Gohan SSJ (BoGT) >>> Goku SSJ3 (BoGT)> Gohan Base (BoGT)> Gohan Ultimate (Boo)? And Trunks doesn't know that Gohan got SSJ?

1. Sometime in the 5 years between the 23rd TB and Z.

2. At least stronger than Ultimate Gohan given that Trunks never refutes Goku being the Earth's strongest fighter. I don't think his lack of surprise at SSJ Gohan says much when considering he wasn't really given room to focus on it with the other events with Baby and their possession being the priority for his thoughts.

Although Goku faced Baby Gohan SSJ before Baby arrived, therefore Goku didn't know that Baby was behind all this, but I imagine that Goku was more surprised that Goten and Gohan were misbehaving.

My only doubt is because you think that Yamcha learned to fly within those 5 years, how did you arrive at that answer?

He was unable to use bukujutsu at the 23rd TB and we aren't given much to assume he learnt it in the 6 months he was with Kami rather than the bigger time gap of 5 years. It also seems doubtful he'd take that long to learn it when Kuririn isn't vastly more talented than him and he certainly wouldn't want to lag behind his friend completely.

1. I'd find it doubtful that he didn't learn flight in the 5 year gap after seeing Krillin being capable of it in the 23rd Budokai. Krillin and Yamcha were neck and neck for the entirety of part 1, and even into the Saiyan arc. There's no reason why Yamcha would need Kami/Popo's help to fly if Krillin figured it out himself.

2. Yes. While the Perfect Files state that Gohan has kept up his training in GT, it would be extremely random for him to regain the form after the series began. At BoGT, I'd think SSJ3 Goku would be a good match for Base Gohan. If Gohan gains a 2.5x multiplier from SSJ then he should be able to take care of Goku. I think it's made abundantly clear by the fights with Redjic, Lood and the fight with Rild that Goku powered up massively during their space travels. There's no reason for him to be dramatically ahead of Gohan at BoGT.
