-When Freeza was about to fight Nail, he said, 'My power level is at 530.000, but don't worry, I don't intend to fight you at full power.'
I think that obviously shows that, when he made the 530k statement, he was referring to his full power, in other words, to his final form's 100%. He never said '530.000 is my power in my current form'. He just said '530.000 is my full power'.
-Goku's full power is at 180.000, because, when he was fighting Ginyu, he said 'Now I will show you my full power' and rose to 180.000. Of course, one can argue that Goku later said 'This is nothing compared to when I use my power in bursts', and therefore he had lied about his full power being at 180.000. But why is it not possible that he lied about the bursts instead? Both the '180k=full power' and 'bursts' statements are in the manga, so they're equally valid and one can opt to disregard either of the two as a lie.
-Transformations mean nothing. Freeza had access to his full power all along, he just opted to toy with his opponents and would change his appearance depending on his stylistic preferences.
-Goku did not get a zenkai. Both Vegeta and himself stated that he already was at his limit. Now everything fits together perfectly. Freeza's half power (265k) was enough to stomp Goku at full power (180k) and Goku was the only one that surpassed Ginyu (120k).
