The moon wasn't full. It's not about the moon, it's about the moon's relation to the Earth and how the moon gives off rays that affect Saiyans.

The sun's rays reflected on the full moon is what triggers the transformation; vegeta explains that regardless of a moon's size, it's the fact that it's become a full circle that counts. If the moon was full in any form he'd have transformed whether he was facing it from the ground or thousands of feet above.

I just noticed that everyone thinks Gohan is dead, while he should definitely be alive considering they just wished to revive everyone. So if Gohan is dead, how is Kibito alive dummies.
