Should I get into it? I stopped reading after the first chapter because I couldn't look past Nezuko wearing a glorified mouthgag. Like, she doesn't talk for the vast majority of the series, does she? Nah fam fuck this series lol

I think she's become a demon so can't talk or needs to have something in her mouth so she can't bite. Her brother is on a journey to free her from the curse. That's the plot.
My cousin has liked it a lot for a few years, but she's 10.
Never watched more than a few min of ep 1, because how much can be new if I've already watched or read a lot of Naruto, One Piece, Blue Exorcist and other battle shounen? Probably some is new, but a lot is the same. Chainsaw Man and Dandadan aren't the archetypal battle shounen, especially Dandadan.

It does have some great animation and art during action.
