that if I remember correctly Yugi had Kuriboh still in his hand anyway, when/after he defeated the Winged Dragon of Ra. Kuriboh was seen when Yugi played Exchange toward the beginning of the duel (turn 3 I think) and I don’t remember Yugi discarding any card, so even if Marik attacked with a card, unless it was some sort of multi-monster attack that he got on the field via special-summons (which at the time wasn’t likely I think) Yugi could have evaded. All he had to do after was play a card enough to do 1 point of damage.

Whoops. It was Marik's turn the duel ended-on lol. So he doesn't even need that most likely.
