I think Tenshinan (BoZ) is a little stronger than Mr. Popo?

I was thinking that Tenshinan (BoZ) is stronger than Mr. Popo, but he is still very inferior to Kamisama, since apparently in both the Manga and the Anime, they did face each other between rivals.

In the anime Yamcha faced Yajirobe and Chaoz at the same time. While Tenshinan vs. Krillin, Tenshinhan was just as suppressed as when he faced Krillin after Piccolo Daimao's Arc.

In the Manga Yamcha faced Chaoz, since Yajirobe wanted to eat. Mr. Popo trained Krillin. Tenshinhan did not face Mr. Popo, as he had surely surpassed him. Kamisama was so superior to Tenshinhan, that he didn't even bother to train him. Surely the gap between Kamisama over Tenshinhan (BoZ) is higher than the gap between Mr. Popo over Krillin (BoZ).

There's even the slim chance that Tenshinan (BoZ) is stronger than Kamisama, considering how much power increased between TB22 and TB23. Then I train for 5 years. Perhaps if Kamisama was superior to Tenshinhan, he would have dedicated himself to facing him in a similar way to Mr. Popo vs Krillin.

Even Tenshinhan being superior to Kamisama, the former had a lot to learn from the latter and with that training, Tenshinhan could increase his power much more quickly. Don't forget that in the Saiyan Illusion Filler, Tenshinhan, Krillin, Yamcha, and Yajirobe had surpassed Kamisama, but still, they needed Kamisama's training.

What do you think?

You lost me here. Kami knew the earth was under a far greater threat than it was when he/Popo trained Goku for the 23rd. There's no way he'd just neglect their training entirely because they were too weak.

I think it's simply coincidence. Kami wasn't present during that training session but it's reaching quite a bit to assume his level or Tenshinhan's from that single panel. For all we know they were cycling their training and it was Tenshinhan's turn to meditate.

Do you think Tenshinan was training with Mr. Popo, then Tenshinhan went to meditate, while Mr. Popo dodged Krillin's blows?

The same on the panel Tenshinhan is seen looking at Kamisama, perhaps he was trying to show how powerful he is to try to get his attention.

Mr Popo was casually dodging Krillin's punches, so the gap must be great. I have Mr Popo a little stronger than Tenshinhan.

Oh you're referring to this?

It seems as though Yajirobe was meditating. Tenshinhan seems to be exerting himself while looking directly at Kami. It looks as though Kami was training Tenshinhan there..

Parece como si Yajirobe estuviera meditando. Tenshinhan parece esforzarse mientras mira directamente a Kami. Parece que Kami estaba entrenando a Tenshinhan allí ...
Exact.
