The DB Manga was pretty fast paced and both series of the anime had a lot of filler and scene extension. Considering Hokuto no Ken's anime fit 25-26 volumes worth of material into 152 episodes of it's anime and still had typical :toei scene extensions at many points and the anime for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure has adapted about the same number of volumes as the DB Manga's entirety into 113 episodes, I imagine a DB anime with the manga's pacing might be only slightly more (considering the 2012 JoJo anime still omitted some scenes). A DB Anime with the manga's pacing would be anywhere from 120-200 episodes most likely. Pretty shocking, when you think about it.

If we're talking about only Part 1, it's just 16 volumes, so maybe 50 episodes at most.

And how much would it be, if we cut stuff like hyping-up the next episode, ending on cliff-hanger or whatever and just plain animating what's in the manga without thinking about anything? Going like that the whole Gohan vs Cell fight might take a few seconds at best. There were only a few punches thrown and dodged in the manga.

My estimate was based on just that. Factoring in dramactic build ups, we need only look at Kai's 153 episode run as a benchmark (though give or take a few episodes due to Kai leaving in a lot of filler after the Saiyan Arc). With that still as a factor for DB, it'd still easily be over 100 episodes, so with dramactic extensions of scenes it'd be roughly 250 episodes.
