Would that be enough to tip the scales in their favour? As it stands now I can't see a plausible way for them to get through 2 Yonko.

It'd definitely boost the group's chances, considering Mihawk isn't a complete pushover to the Yonko. It overall depends on how the rest of the alliance can fare against one of the two as Mihawk could prove capable of stalling until either Big Mom or Kaido can be defeated before leading the non KO'd allies to taking down the other.

Supposedly Oda said that Shanks would get involved in 2021, but if he went to Wano do you think it would become an easy win for the alliance? I can't see Wano ending until the end of 21 at best, so idk how else he could get involved.. Would be more realistic if it was Mihawk lol.

I can only see Shanks getting involved thoroughly in Wano if Luffy is unable to beat Kaido and gets KO'd or if Shanks' crew fully targets Big Mom's crew without interacting with the Straw Hats, the former of which I really don't see happening. Leaving aside the many elements of Luffy's arc Oda has screwed up since the timeskip, Shanks being dead-set on them not meeting until Luffy has proven himself a worthy rival is something he's kept consistent and all of Luffy's training amounting to him just softening up Kaido would go against that.

If he does get involved, I imagine it being perhaps through more of a support means or information relay linked to whatever was set up in the Reverie.
