If Nappa hadn't killed Piccolo, everything would have gone wrong

~Everything is normal up until now. Since Piccolo wasn't killed, he would return to help Goku fight Vegeta like Krillin and Gohan did.
~After everyone defeats Vegeta, Piccolo wouldn't give a damn about Goku wanting Vegeta to live, and he would kill Vegeta right away since he is far smarter and more cautelous that Goku is, so he would eliminate Vegeta right away to prevent him from coming back.
~Since Chiaotzu can't be revived twice, everyone goes to Namek to revive him, Yamcha, and the others
-blablablabla, they arrive on Namek.
- Since none of them stand a chance against Dodoria and Zarbon, and Vegeta was killed by Piccolo, they all die.

Read carefully; i said BEFORE Nappa killed him. You could say Goku arrived just in time to dodge Nappa's Bomber DX and avoid Piccolo's death

If Goku's injuries were still as bad as they were in the actual series, he'd stay behind in the hospital and gravity train. Still, I'd imagine Recoom would kill them all, unless Piccolo's presence gives Nail a change of heart and causes him to fight against the Ginyus.

I think they would escape Dodoria personally.... he'd already lost his Scouter and didn't notice :Krillin and crew behind him after he tried to blow them up. Escaping Zarbon en route to the grand elder would be difficult though I suppose, but since Piccolo would be with them I reckon he'd come up with something.
