If Piccolo and Kami split again

Do you believe Piccolo's power would be diminished? It's stated by Saichoro that once the Katatz's son got splitted up he lost half of his original power, which some take to imply Piccolo and Kami shared each 50% of the original Kami's power... so if Piccolo split between himself and Kami again, could he and Kami have each 50% of Kamiccolo's power? And would Piccolo's power be affected? Besides, what about his personality, do you think Piccolo could be back to his more stoic and silent, distanced self?

I know that Piccolo said he can't spearate from Kami again, but it's interesting that Vegeta touted at the possibility of spliting Piccolo again with his new technique, in the most recent chapter.

I think Piccolo still having the memories of his experiences with Gohan, Goten, Trunks and Dende would mean that he wouldn't be as cruel as he was in the early Cell arc. I do think the power boost he gained from fusing with Kami would be negated though, so he'd probably lose about half his power.

Piccolo would definitely lose power, be it by a lot or a little. As for his personality, he'd had too many experiences since then to completely regress back to how he was prior, though such a change probably would provide him some level of existential crisis considering he said he was neither Kami nor Piccolo after merging and had been that way for over a decade since.
