Let's say for some reason, like knocking Zoro out first, Sanji is the one to receive Kuma's attack of enduring Luffy's pain... do you think he would make it out alive?

Straw Hats basically had infinite stamina if the plot demanded it in Thriller Bark, so maybe :troll.

Without plot being a factor though, Sanji would probably die. Zoro is far better known for his stamina and endurance and this is somewhat supported by the timeskip, where Sanji's durability is shown to not be that great if the opponent has a mild power advantage such as breaking his leg against Vergo.

He dies instantly. Didn't he struggle against Absalom? :ha

As physically tough as Sanji, Franky (as a kid) and even Usopp (in Arabasta) have been at times, Zoro is the only one who trains his physical and mental stamina to its limits. Even Luffy probably wouldn't be able to deal with all that Zoro took, seeing as he was already totally unconscious just from the damage he took fighting Oars and getting bombed by Kuma.

Struggling against Absalom is pretty irrelevant to me, since we're talking about absorbing actual physical damage sustained and fatigue, not absorbing the amount of force Luffy took in attacks.
