If you had to fight against someone who has a devil fruit, which one would they have?

Scenario 2 Goal is to win, to the death

You are fighting someone who it 80% as strong as you without the fruit. You get 10 knives, two daggers, a metal pole and a sword.

Has to be a fruit that was in the manga, although you can name an anime (or video game?) one too.

Tough to say since even ones with already shown weakness like Crocodile's can still be easily used to the user's advantage against someone like me who isn't an expert in martial arts. But with cutting weapons on my side and having a strength advantage, I think I could take out someone with the Gomu Gomu power, which is exposed to cutting attacks.

Depends on the battle area. If at some abandoned site, then the Mane Mane no Mi for both scenarios since changing one's face would serve no practical purpose in battle without anyone else around if I'm aware of them being an enemy from the start. That, or the Jake Jake no Mi since being able to control an ally as a jacket would be pretty useless 1 on 1 and it doesn't seem as though the user can force themselves on someone (considering Kelly Funk would've probably tried that tactic at some point in the Colosseum match if so).
