I'm confused about Wolf Fang and Eight Arms

1. WOLF FANG: Is it just a speed increase? In that case, what did Krillin mean when he said he and Yamcha are equal?
If he means Yamcha<Yamcha WFF~Krillin, then Yamcha can only match him in speed. If he means Krillin~Yamcha<
Yamcha WFF, then Yamcha can blitz him.
2. Eight Arms: Is Chappa's technique also just a speed increase? (it probably is) Did the others include that move in
their speculation about Expected Goku~Chappa?

1) This is a weird question to ask. Do people talk about Goku or Goku's Kamehameha? It's clear Krillen is talking about Yamcha, not Yamcha's moves.

Once more, i've started wondering, why do we give Wolf Fang a seperate PL? The idea of kaioken didn't exist yet and
Yamcha had no ki knowledge. I've started leaning towards that name being just a cool way of Yamcha saying he's going
all out. Does anybody give a seperate PL to Chappa's hassuken? No.
