Immortality wish even possible?

How does a little fuck like Kami or Dende have the power to give someone immortality? Do you think these wishes would have been denied

The question about immortality then becomes, immortal in what way? Unable to be killed or unable to die from natural causes. The way Vegeta made it seem on Namek, it would make Freeza unable to be killed.

So what happens when Kid Buu sends a galaxy busting ki blast on Freeza? Does his body not disintegrate?

The DBS manga explains it well enough. All injuries heal immediately and the recipent of immortality seems to feel no pain from injuries.

Nah, Boo still dies when all cells are destroyed. in the DBS manga/anime Zamasu pre-fusion just can't die period while his half-immortal fused self still survived his body being destroyed and continued to exist as a mass of energy.

Which was the core inside his head. If he were able to survive on any other cell he should've regenerated a new body from that tail 16 ripped off too.
