In the anime, are the gaps smaller?

In the anime filler parts of the fight Goku vs Jeice&Burter, one would say that Goku is many times stronger than them. That easily seems a 16/Semi Cell gap. Yet I don't think Goku went past 60k units of power. Does that mean that in the anime, 1.5x a gap is enough to be a divine being compared to your opponent?

I don't get it? This is exactly what a 1.5x gap looks like. These are the same feats he pulled on them in the manga, only he does it for longer. Nothing here resembles the tank and casual one shot of 16 vs Semi Cell.

Goku is not tanking them, their blasts are going right through him. He's just dodging them so fast they can't even see him moving. He might even be using the Afterimage Technique here.
