SsjBE Vegeta slaps. He was able to combat Toppo, who was able to beat the crap out of Vegeta at first. This same Vegeta is superior to the Final Flash against Jiren which is implied to be superior to any Saiyan power we've encountered at that point, and the fact that he kept getting stronger fully supports this notion if we analyse it chronologically.

Ultra Instinct 2nd has a lacked of offensive strikes so he has to depend on his KHH like he did against Kefla. Also this version of Goku was able to toe to toe with Full powered Jiren something I don't see Vegeta doing it at his peak on this tournament.

Judging by Toppo's statement about Jiren having seen Goku's limits in ep 110 and 116, Omen UI Goku from 129 (initially) had the same power he had against Kefla, which was more than enough to vastly outperform Vegeta.
