No it doesn't. Gohan was SSjin during the Babidi Arc so when he says it he means SSjin.. If he was SSjin 2 you would have a point

Gohan remember what Goku told him to get angry just like he did against Cell not like in the tournament which implies that there's a difference between Calm SSjin2 and Enrage SSJ2 Gohan.

There is no such a thing as calm SSjin 2.. SSjin 2 is Gohan's rage.. Period

He tells him to get angry while Gohan is SSjin so he means SSjin 2.. Again, Gohan's rage is his SSjin 2.. Which is why his ki got cut in half vs Cell and by getting mad he required his full power.. Why not having Cell stronger than Gohan if Gohan was having extra power? Why only half power Gohan?

I think FP Perfect Cell would stomp Majin Buu. Majin Buu didn't make much of a first impression upon being released upon the Universe again.

Goku knew there was more to him than meets the eye.

I give this to Super Perfect Cell easily. Maybe on his first power up he'd give Super Perfect Cell a fight but anything weaker than that equals Cell winning quite handily and anything above that equals Buu winning quite handily.

Boo did power up twice. 1st power up is stronger than any SSJ2 tier. Goku stated that if he and Veget team up, they can win. 2nd power up is the one who fought SSJ3 Goku.
