I prefer Ranma because I watched it and loved it.

Ranma because it doesn't do the same shit over and over even if it's an episodic comedy.

Same as Kenshi said. Inuyasha started to repeat the same old shit and lost any quality it had after 15 episodes, whereas I'm unaware of any dip in quality Ranma had in that regard.

Is Maison Ikkoku better than both of these? I read a general over-view and seems more reality/drama based.

Yeah, I think maybe I should check it out some-time. A realistic human-drama is something I like and I'm sure there'll be much of an 80s atmosphere to the show.
