Is any of Super better than the worst of DB?

In terms of arcs as a whole, no. There's way too many plot holes, continuity issues, character problems and contrivances without much major positives to place even the best Super arc above the worst Z arc.
In terms of individual moments, there are a few that stand out as OK. Most of Vegeta and Kuririn's scenes prior to the ToP had competent character writing, Manly GAINZ Roshi is too hilarious of a meme to not love and the Dr. Slump crossover/Baseball God Yamcha episodes were well executed dumb fun that unlike most of Super, is self-aware that they're only that.
