Is Dragon Garp's son?

Do you think that Dragon is actually Garp's son? Garp has never outright stated that he is and as far as I remember Dragon has never called Garp his father. Perhaps Dragon is Garp's son-in-law?

Same as Kenshi said. There's no reason to assume he isn't when there's no question about Luffy's relation to either and both share the Monkey D. name.

Secondly we already have Ace, who took his mother's name rather than his father's. Dragon could have taken his wife's name to honour her or hide his heritage (like wanting to hide that he is a noble from Grey Terminal).

That remains unconfirmed and without evidence, so it'd just be a pretty baseless assumption. I don't imagine Garp would refer to him by his new family name if that were the case, either. I wouldn't say it's impossible, since Garp never directly said Dragon was his son, but it still lacks any sufficient evidence behind it as of yet.

No. Luffy casually mentioned he was Dragon's son when Ivankov started talking about how he was working for Dragon.
