Is Dragon moving yet?

Current manga is just after Sabaody the 2nd (cant trnemver the name of the arc but the Rebecca/Statue/DoNflamingo as I thought he was etc (fak im fallinf asleep typing this) one.
Is he hinsekf beinh shown to do stuff?
And any news of his interactions with top pirates (eg- Shanks, Blackbeard or even Law or Kidd)?

He recently summoned all of the Revolutionary Army's highest officers, so it seems as though he is doing something.

Also, Burgess is on a boat heading to their hideout, and called Blackbeard to go there I think.

He's started taking/liberating territory as of the Zou Arc, yet hasn't done so personally.

I assume knowing Oda, the whatever incident is going to happen with Dragon and blackbeard will probably take place simultaneously with the tea party.

It'd be pretty interesting if any of Dragon/BB/Shanks/Kaido were invited to the party and showed up. It'd show how much pull she really has. I don't want to see the first emperor be the clear weakest, although shounen power scaling more or less demands it.

It's unknown as of yet. From the way he was moving his forces back at the start of Zou, it's likely he's liberating a few places, so it's natural to assume he'd take control of them, much like Tequila Wolf.
