It was referenced in an interview with Toyotaro as something Super would have to connect with, so yes. Most likely, later material will either retcon smaller aspects of the original manga's ending or retcon Super material.

Interesting. If EoZ is still canon, then Goku and co. mignt be weaker than we thought. There would still be that Base Goku ~ Pure Boo ceiling.

Don't have the link, though it may be within a previous thread. Basically, Toyotaro was saying that everyone would still have to fit into their roles at the end of the manga eventually.

Not if Oob turns out to be light years above Boo and Goku's statement of him being who he thought he was being due to Boo's ability in Super to make instant GAINZ.
