They were 50 magazines made to be packaged with figurines in the European market. It was in Spanish, French, Italian, and Greek.

Not exactly. Comparing with the manga, the Spanish version has some better moments, like Nail making Piccolo 5x stronger which fits better with hypothetical merged Kamiccolo being a rival to 1st form Freeza at a 2x increase.
