Is it possible to make Base Saiyans (Buu saga)>Piccolo work?

I'm actually really curious about it. I't doesn't seem possible with a standard 50x SSJ multiplier. Does anyone have a good list with this interpretation?

Edit: This would be especially weird if you believe that Cell Games Piccolo was close to the Cell Js. Then you'd have to have a chain of Base Goku>Base Vegeta>Base Gohan>Kaioshin>Cell Jr.>Piccolo. That would be weird.

It's impossible. Base saiyans are weaker than frieza and piccolo even before going into Rosat was equal to 17 who can one shot frieza

With the 50x multiplier, i dunno. Perhaps using GT's 2.5x multiplier and a Base Saiyans ~ Cell Jr can work.

If you think about it, Base Saiyans ~ Cell Jr can work pretty well when you remember Trunks said him and Goten can't win in a H2H fight as SSJs because of the clothes, even though they are ~ SSJ Teen Gohan.

They said that about #18. The Cell Juniors are many times stronger than 18.

It was implied that Goten and Trunks needed to go SSj in order to one shot #18 with a blast, yet Goten (and by extension, Trunks), are capable of giving Teen Gohan a good sweat during their spar. Even if Piccolo if you put at only #16 level, he should still be capable of better feats than base Goten and Trunks in their fight against #18. So I'd have to say no to Base Saiyans > Piccolo.

The manga of DB is back. Look, you already explained how you didn't care about coherency and that's why you enjoyed the anime more than the manga, and I respect that.
But in the manga of DB none of the androids (only Cell, who wasn't a robot nor an android) came close to Freezer, and when it comes to make lists it's much better to go with something that's coherent.
