What amp do you give the Imperfect Cell Kamehameha and the Perfect Cell Kamehameha?

Were the Goku cells that Cell extracted in BoZ or in Arc Nappa and Vegeta?

Would that even mean that Perfect Cell's Makankosappo should be older than Piccolo's?

Tenshinhan's technique of splitting by 4 should also improve. When Perfect Cell splits by 4 against Goku, would it mean that every 1/4 of Cell should have more than 1/4 of Cell's power?

Those 2 questions make me wonder if Cell's Kamehameha amplifier improved.

On the other hand, SPC extracted Goku's cells (CG), so it makes sense that his Kamehameha multiplier has increased.
