Is Piccolo Daimao a different kind of evil?

I mean, whoever was killed by him was fated to wander eternally as a dead soul or some shit like this, which didn't happen to those killed by Freeza or Cell.

It was directly stated that it was because Daimao and his offspring were Mazoku (Demon Clan), the same reason Kami noted Piccolo's change in personality from the fact Goku and Raditz could go to Other World, as well as likely the reason why the Kaioshin killed by Boo weren't around at all in their realm.

I know. What I'm wondering is whether those Mazoku beings are more evil or a more "raw" evil, as the aforementioned distinction points to.

Perhaps because he was artificially created through all of Kami's evil. Boo also being an artificially evil creation could support this. Even someone like Freeza wasn't born as 100% pure evil.

Piccolo Daimao was literally made of evil as opposed to Freeza or Cell who just chose to be evil.
