Is Piccolo > Kaioshin possible?

I'm currently having a debate with Voice of Reason about C.G Piccolo, but somehow we derailed it to 33% Recoome vs. Gohan, 33% C.G Piccolo and 33% Piccolo and Kaioshin. So, in your opinion, is Piccolo > Kaioshin possible? You know, the hierarchy theory and all.

My two options are

Kaioshin > Piccolo

Toriyama probably forgot that Piccolo entered the ROSAT, hence Kamiccolo who fought #17 = Piccolo Boo Arc which is safe to say that Base Saiyans are greater than Piccolo here.

Piccolo > Kaioshin

Piccolo feared Kaioshin out of respect and it has nothing to do with power except their status.

Piccolo went in the Rosat in volume 33, and he met Kaioshin in volume 37 - a 4-volume difference, or around 2 years. It's anyone's guess what Toriyama can forget in 700 days

B-but DB wiki says Cell Arc ended on mid 1992 and the Great Tournament Arc t-took place on early 1993...that is several months, right? I-isn't DB wiki written by Toriyama-kun-sama-chan-san?????

There was a 3-year timeskip in Trunks' future and a 7-year timeskip in the present. Toriyama's ability to forget in all those years is off the charts
